2026 Bar Testing Centers: Venue Assignments and Travel Preparation

Knowing that a school is a Bar testing center is not the same as knowing that it is your assigned venue. Resolve that distinction before booking a ride or following a map pin shared in a group chat.

The Supreme Court’s Bar Bulletin No. 3, dated July 8, 2026, identifies 15 Local Testing Centers: seven in the National Capital Region, three elsewhere in Luzon, three in the Visayas, and two in Mindanao. Confirm the assignment that applies to you

Bulletin No. 3 says that each applicant’s final assignment is communicated through the registered email address and subsequently through the BARISTA account. Preferences were considered, but final assignments depend on available capacity. A preferred venue, a classmate’s venue, or a general list is therefore not proof of your own assignment.

Compare your official assignment and admission information with the full address in the bulletin and any current center instructions. Schools may have several campuses or entrances. A navigation app’s first result for an institution can be accurate about the school while still being wrong for your journey.

Build a route that includes the last few minutes

AttyWorks suggests planning beyond the driving estimate. Identify the authorized approach or drop-off instructions, allow for the walk from the vehicle to the relevant entrance, and check how you will return after the session. Save the address in a form you can read without searching again at the roadside.

If someone else is driving, send them the verified destination and agree on a backup contact arrangement. Keep your NOA and other confidential admission details out of public route requests. A driver needs the destination and logistics, not your examination credentials.

Check conditions for each examination day

The September 4 reminders specifically tell examinees to account for traffic and weather and to arrive well before gates close. Use the applicable official gate deadline when choosing a departure time. The exam’s start time, listed in our schedule reference, is a different deadline.

Check a current weather forecast and local transport advisories close to departure. This article does not predict road closures, travel duration, parking availability, or weather at a particular center. Those conditions can change between September 6, 9, and 13.

Use the first trip to improve the next one

After an examination day, note practical issues such as a confusing turn, a difficult pickup point, or a walk that took longer than expected. Adjust the next journey while preserving the official destination and access instructions. Do not move a pickup into a restricted area simply because it would be more convenient.
